Greetings to you and yours,
I pray this April 2021 report meets you well.
The adverse effects of the COVID 19 pandemic and insecurity in some parts of our country is tremendous, but we give God the glory for growing the church in the midst of all this.
Early April, as my children returned home from school due to holidays, it was a vacation time having rest and fellowship with my physical family.
A soul was baptized into Christ at Church of Christ, Ikot Akpa Idem, where we had our Bible Seminar on January 25, 2021. Glory be to God the seed planted during our Bible Seminars is yeilding fruits.
Two souls also baptized into Christ at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong.
One erring brother was restored to faith at Ikot Odiong church.
I and some brethren at Church of Christ in Ikot Odiong went on Evangelism at Obon Odor village and an erring Brother was restored to faith there. Obon Odor village is where we converted an Assemblies of God denomination to Church of Christ in 2013.
Sisters from Ikot Odiong church attended Christian Women Gospel Meeting at Church of Christ Atai Nto obo. church.
I worshipped at Church of Christ at Akpautong village in Esit Eket Local Government Area,. It was great preaching the Word there.
April 29 was my birthday, and the 2021 edition was dedicated to Evangelism, Twenty (20) Evangelists from our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team mark this day with door to door knocking at Ikot Odiong village and it’s neighborhood between 10am to 4pm preaching Christ to the lost souls, following up with those who have been preached to in the past. Some responded to our invitation to visit our worship service but not yet obeyed the gospel. Pray for fruitful outcome.
It’s farming season in my part of the world, and I have planted cassava and vegetable leaves in my little farm to support the family.
Pray for this month of May , our mission, health, Resources and the rising security Challenges in Nigeria.
In Christian Love and Service, Mojima Etokudo
